You may have been hearing about Dubsado for some time now, perhaps on a podcast or from a peer. Have you wondered, “Would Dubsado work for me?” I could talk your ear off about all of its features and the time it would save you, but this time I wanted you to hear it from those in your field. I asked Interior Designers about their experience using Dubsado and this is what they said:

What in your opinion is the best thing or feature about Dubsado? I absolutely adore that I can send my proposals, contracts and design concepts via Dubsado. It makes getting signatures and feedback so EASY and it’s very professional.
How have you seen your business improve since using Dubsado? My business is much more efficient and it’s been so easy to build in process! I love that each and every contract I send can get signed electronically – it makes it so much easier and professional to get the nitty gritty business parts accomplished.
How difficult was it for you to set up? Did you hire someone? I think Dubsado on the whole is very user friendly. I hired someone to help me set up my workflow process since that part was more complicated than I anticipated.
Do you integrate any 3rd party apps using Zapier? I don’t!
Do you use Dubsado for your whole client process or just for onboarding? I primarily use it for onboarding but Dubsado is integrated into our whole process.

What in your opinion is the best thing or feature about Dubsado? Oh, good question! It’s kind of a toss up between the forms feature and the canned emails. I love how simple the forms are to create and modify, and I really appreciate the templated emails that can easily be crafted to suit your specific business and communication needs.
How have you seen your business improve since using Dubsado? The client experience is very important to me, so having a program like Dubsado that allows the initial contact with potential clients and subsequent email communications to feel well-planned and appropriately branded enhances the professionalism of my business.
How difficult was it for you to set up? Did you hire someone? It was super easy to set up. I think it’s a matter of preference and time whether you hire someone or not. Although, I didn’t hire anyone for the initial setup, I still have quite a bit of fine tuning to do, so I’m considering having someone come in to make sure everything is in place like I would like for it to be.
Do you integrate any 3rd party apps using Zapier? Not at this time.
Do you use Dubsado for your whole client process or just for onboarding? I really just use it for client onboarding. However, I’m really pleased with the program, so if developments are made to manage the entire client project, I would highly consider it.

What in your opinion is the best thing or feature about Dubsado? Saves time onboarding and recreating the wheel every time. Automation is priceless.
How have you seen your business improve since using Dubsado? Again it saves me time and that is priceless. It keeps me organized and keeps my processes flowing from project to project.
How difficult was it for you to set up? Did you hire someone? I wanted to because I love to learn, but honestly I didn’t have time. Seriously just like my clients hire me as an expert, I decided to hire an expert to guide me as far as how I needed it to work for my firm and then execute the set up. it was an investment in my business. I see that return on investment every day #smartbusinessowner. Ha. Highly recommend using a professional when you need it.

Do you use Dubsado for your whole client process or just for onboarding? The whole process. The majority of our Dubsado automation handles our onboarding. I have different service levels and each of those has its own workflow. Once we onboard a client and move into the design phase we have it set up for reminders for example: schedule concept meeting. We have an off boarding process as well for wrapping up projects. It literally goes from start to finish with every client at every level.
