Do I have to commit to a certain amount of months?

for VA services, you either choose to commit to a package of hours for 2 months at a discounted rate or you pay the full rate with no commitment.

Do I have to commit to a certain amount of months?

No, if after a month you decide this isn’t for you, just let me know and I won’t bill you for the following month.

How do we communicate?

I operate out of a program called Monday.com. You will assign all of your tasks to me there.

When can I expect to hear from you during the week?

I try to do all of my work during the hours my kids are at school, so I will usually communicate with you during the hours of 9am - 1pm CST

Once i’m an established client, can I call you to discuss project specifics?

Absolutely! But please no surprise calls. If I can get you in that day I will, but reach out and I will get you on the schedule.
