Confused about Dubsado?

You’re Not Alone!

Here are some important things points to remember:

Dubsado uses foundational items to build on each other or nest within each other such as:

  • Forms
  • Emails
  • Scheduler
  • Payment schedules
  • Packages

The key to building a workflow in Dubsado is getting all of these foundational items created before ever starting the automation process. You won’t get very far in building your workflow without these pieces.

Then we are essentially nesting these items within the other. Here are some examples:

  • Questionnaire attached to scheduler
  • Invoice attached to scheduler with payment plan and reminder emails
  • Contract and Invoice attached to Proposal, allowing for seamless progression and things like reminders and payment plans
  • Packages in Proposals

Once the appropriate items are combined and you’ve thoroughly assessed your client experience process, THEN you can begin building a workflow.

This is why our process at Hannah Bowyer and Company is set up the way it is. You must first get clear on how you get your clients from the beginning of their project to the end. Next you need to identify and call out all of those pieces! This is what our Process Mapping Call is for. I spend close to 2 hours with you getting all the details just right. You get insight into how your process needs to relate to Dubsado. Only then do I send you on your way to get all of those pieces of content. We take your process, all of your content and we build a workflow that works for you!
