Being a virtual assistant for interior designers is a gratifying job. Not only do we get to work with talented professionals in the industry, but we also have the opportunity to bring their ideas and sketches to life through floor plans, elevations, 3D renderings and client presentations. At Hannah Bowyer and Company, we take a sketch from the designer and turn it into something tangible that can be presented to the clients. In this blog post, we are featuring one of our favorite clients, Andi Morse or Morse Designs, to show you what this process looks like!
Andi is a valued client of HB & Co. We are thrilled to witness the growth of her business and enjoy helping her with various tasks such as floor plans, renderings, and presentations. Our participation throughout the entire process brings us so much joy. Andi exclusively works with one of our Virtual Assistants, Emily, who possesses in-depth knowledge of her projects.
We recently assisted Andi with a dining room project. She provided us with a simple hand-drawn sketch containing important measurements. Using this information, we created a detailed floor plan that included measurements and a layout for the furniture. If needed, we can also prepare elevation drawings!
Next, we created a 3D render so that the client can see exactly what their finished product would look like before any decisions are finalized! We are able to provide multiple views and different options for the selections.
Once all the drawings and renders are ready, we are able to assist with preparing the design presentation in Canva!
